We start early on at the estimating stage. A detailed budget is developed to your specifications and site plan requirements. You'll get a copy, so you can review and approve the expenditures for your property.

If you select Helton Homes as your building contractor, we will track all expenses and provide you with a status reporting as construction progresses.

At the close of the project, you receive a comprehensive binder filled with all of the sub-contractors invoices and copies of our checks.
